Mike joined VML in 2007 and currently serves as Chief Creative Officer of North America. Based in NY, Mike has spent creative the bulk of his career in building up VML New York from 15 people to a staff of over 100 people focused on delivering breakthrough brand experiences in a digitally connected age. In his new role as North American chief creative officer, he will work to bring this type of creative thinking across the entire region. Known for his creative insight and passion for ideas, Mike has moved comfortably between all disciplines of marketing for a wide range of clients. Possessing strong leadership skills, a never say quit attitude and a questionable sense of humor to match, he believes great ideas can live and come from anywhere.
For the last decade, he has worked with global brands in technology, sports, entertainment, media, consumer electronics, automotive, CPG and retail verticals to develop creative that sticks with people. Key highlights of his work for New Balance, Motorola, Ford, Chevron, the International Olympic Committee, NBA, Legoland and Dell.
